THE LIVER AND GALLBLADDER MASTER CLEANSE

Important Information About Liver and Gallbladder Cleansing Process

My Personal Journey

I have included more than twenty years of experience doing Dr. Hulda Clark’s, Andreas Moritz’s and Dr Piyush Saxena’s liver flush recipes. They are basically the same, but Dr Moritz advises to spend six days before each flush, preparing the body by drinking one litre of apple apple juice or malic acid to soften the stones, prior to the cleanse.

I did this for some of my flushes, but I found Dr Piyush Saxena’s recipe to be shorter and convenient. I was always amazed with the quantity of sludge and size of stones expelled.

There are so many different therapies, diets, supplements and lifestyles to choose from, which we come across everyday. It can be very confusing. So when you discover and experience something that really works, you want to share it with everyone. To experience that spike in energy and reduction in whatever chronic symptom that you may have, liver cleanse is highly recommended. Before you attempt a cleanse, I strongly recommend that you go through the “Frequently asked question” posted on page number 87 of cure yourself book of Dr Piyush Saxena and also visit the ener-chi website of Dr Andrea Moritz.

All information and resources mentioned in this article are drawn from multitude of sources. This includes my personal experience and opinion, my interaction with individuals and feedback received from people who have done liver cleanses. The information is also extracted from books and websites mentioned below and compiled into easy to understand language. The primary sources are cited in the links provided below. The information is intended to motivate readers to make their own health decisions after consulting with their qualified health care provider. No information should be used to diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any disease or condition.

Since the year 2007, I have been relentlessly collecting and compiling this crucial information on the basis of feedback received from thousands of gall bladder and liver disease patients. A lot of effort has gone into researching and verifying the content that is being shared with you. The write up is based on the questions raised by people suffering from gall bladder and liver disease.

Do not attempt a liver cleanse without reading the following:

Should You Do a Liver Cleanse?

We have tried to provide you with important liver-related information through videos. So far, millions of people have used this method and benefited tremendously. By adopting this method, it is possible to get rid of gallbladder stones. Each and every aspect of the cleanse has been covered in detail. Beyond this, there is hardly anything left to add.
We have been gifted with a priceless body consisting of multiple organs. Every possible effort should be made to keep these organs in good health. Unless you have exhausted all possible options, it is not right to have any part of your body removed on the advice of a doctor. If stones have formed in the gall bladder, they can either be expelled as one piece or broken down into smaller pieces during the cleanse and eliminated with the stool. Medical science offers no treatment beyond medicines and surgery. However, if the body is given the right environment, it has the capacity to heal itself completely.

Note: Gall Stones are a Reflection of Poor Liver Health

If you are keen to adopt the liver cleansing process, it is recommended that you thoroughly research and understand the process before attempting this method. You must proceed with it only if you are fully satisfied and convinced about its effectiveness.

We are very  passionate about sharing information that we believe will not only help save an organ, but also help improve overall well being of individuals. We encourage you to take responsibility for your own health and become your own doctor. We are neither guaranteeing anything nor claiming a reversal of your condition. If you have any fear, doubt, anxiety, or suspicion, do not attempt this at all.

Every pain originating form the abdomen may not necessarily be due to gall stones. There are many reasons for pain in the abdomen, besides the gallbladder. Hundreds of gallbladder surgeries have been performed, later realising that the pain still persists as it was due to some other reason. A precious organ was sacrificed due to ignorance or lack of sufficient knowledge. A medical error, which is repeated almost every day.

It is crucial to understand that the root cause of gallstones is not the gallbladder but the liver. The entire waste in the gallbladder, including the sludge and the stones comes from the liver. Stones in the gall bladder are a reflection of poor liver health. Until the liver’s waste is cleared, the problem of stones in the gallbladder will persist.

Once the liver is clean, the gallbladder will also become clean automatically.  Is it so difficult to understand? To fully cleanse the liver, you may need to do the cleanse 10, 15, or even more times. It can take series of cleanses to clear years of accumulated waste in the liver. Just as you get your car or scooter serviced and cleaned every 3 to 6 months, every person should service their body to prevent diseases.

Some people hesitate to trust this process due to the incomplete and misleading information that is circulated on social media or due to medical advice from certain doctors. There are some forces whose main aim is to discourage people from doing this amazing cleanse.

What Does The Liver Do?

Our liver is the largest glandular organ in the body and it performs over 500 functions. It burns fat, purifies blood, removes toxins, provides energy, makes bile, aids in digestion, regulates body temperature. removes toxins/ harmful substances and metabolic waste, converts glucose to glycogen, helps in absorption of minerals and vitamins, makes cholesterol and hormones for our body, detoxifies alcohol and medicinal drugs to name a few.

The liver and kidneys are the two filters of our body.  When excessive toxins accumulate in the liver due to poor diet, its ability to function efficiently is hampered. This waste, gravel, sludge, or stones formed in the liver continuously travel to the gallbladder alongwith bile, leading to their unwanted accumulation in the gallbladder. As the obstruction in this path increases, the liver functioning is reduced and stones are formed.

Furthermore, the liver contributes in the digestive process by producing bile and releasing it into the small intestine. To stay healthy, the liver must produce enough bile. Due to accumulation of too many toxins and resultant obstrucion, bile production is severely affected which can contribute to acidity, burning sensation, bloating, indigestion, nutritional deficiency and heart and lung diseases. Since the elimination pathways are also obstructed, the capacity of the liver to perform all the above mentioned functions is greatly reduced.

Gallbladder Description
Gallbladder is a small, (4 inches long and 2 inches wide) pear-shaped muscular organ that acts as a storage sack for bile. It is attached to the posterior side of liver on one side and connected to the intestine on the other via a duct which passes through the pancreas. Its main function is to collect watery bile produced by liver. Its bile storage capacity is about 30 to 50 milliliters.

What is Bile and its Usage?

Bile is greenish-brown fluid that is made and secreted by the liver. It is sent through the bile duct to the gallbladder. Bile is required for the digestion of food. Without adequate bile you do not metabolize your fats well which can result in a deficiency of the fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E and K) and you may also have problems digesting the essential fatty acids. Through this bile, the liver’s cholesterol is also circulated.

Whenever you eat fatty or heavy food, the gallbladder sprays bile onto it like a squirt, to aid digestion. The walls of gallbladder absorb excess water and make the bile concentrated. This concentrated bile is required to digest fatty/ protein rich foods.

Stones if present, may reduce the amount of bile, leading to digestive problems. The walls of the gallbladder contract and eject bile when acidic foods, most protein foods and fatty foods enter the duodenum from the stomach. Under normal circumstances, anything solid cannot pass through this opening in the gallbladder. Due to clogging of the liver, bile production is severely hampered leading to multiple health issues.

Understanding Gallstones!

A gallstone is not a true stone. Gallstones are formed in the liver and are made of waxy substance (Cholesterol). They are basically grease balls consisting of bile salts, cholesterol crystals, mucus, as well as toxins, bacteria, and sometimes dead parasites. These grease balls and sludge clog the bile ducts in the liver as well as the gall bladder. Even the largest stones are excreted from gallbladder via intestinal tract painlessly thanks to “The Liver Cleanse” Formula. The size of the stones ranges from a pinhead to that of a small walnut. Normally, only liquid can pass through the mouth of gall bladder. The epsom salt used in the cleanse is responsible for relaxing the mouth of the gall bladder as well as the ducts, so that bigger stones can pass through.

I have passed these grease balls upto 1.5 inches ( approx 40 mm) in size, so have a lot of other people I personally know. In our clinic, we have displayed photos of gallstones shared by individuals from India and abroad.

What are the Symptoms of Liver Dysfunction Due to Gallstones?

While some people may experience pain, discomfort, acidity, indigestion, bloating etc, majority of the people may not experience any noticeable symptoms. Fatty liver, enlarged Liver, hepatic steatosis, Liver cirrhosis, Fibrosis, inflammation etc is the terminology used to describe a diseased liver.

When the bile ducts get clogged with sludge/Cholesterol and stones, the liver expands to accommodate the deposited stuff. Fatty/Enlarged liver is nothing but severe clogging of the liver. Once all gallstones are removed through a series of liver flushes, the liver returns to its normal size within a short period. Stones in the gallbladder are an indication that all is not well with the Liver.

There is a common misconception that gallstones can be found only in the gallbladder. This is not true. Most gallstones are actually formed in the liver and comparatively few occur in the gallbladder. Once you see hundreds of green or beige-coloured gallstones floating in the toilet bowl during your first liver flush, you will intuitively know that no amount of scientific proof or medical explanation can make their elimination any more valuable than they already are. To understand this concept you may do your own research by googling “Hepatolithiasis” or “ Intrahepatic gallstones”.

Why is it that sometimes even after doing a Liver Cleanse stones are visible in the ultrasound?

It takes a series of cleanses before the gall bladder is fully cleansed. When a cleanse is done, although the stones from gall bladder are flushed out, more stuff from the liver travels to the gallbladder and gets deposited simultaneously and will show in the ultrasound/Xray. If the liver is severely clogged it may take series of cleanses to fully clean the liver and gall bladder. With every cleanse you will see a dramatic improvement in your health - better digestion, more energy and a feeling of overall well being.

Liver cleanse has to be repeated every four weeks till the stuff stops coming out in the last cleanse that you do. If required it can be even repeated after a gap of 10 days. I took me almost 13 cleanses to fully detoxify and clean my liver and gall bladder. However, Stones were visible in subsequent bi-yearly cleanses done as periodic maintenance reinforcing the need to repeat cleanses.

Does Everyone have stones?

Yes. Each and every person who has done liver cleanse as a routine detoxification process has expelled green sludge, gravel and stones although there was no indication of presence of stones. I am aware of thousands of people who have successfully done liver cleansing process prescribed by Dr Andrea Moritz and Dr Piyush Saxena, (some of them repeatedly) and in each and every case they were able to expel stones and green sludge from their liver and gall bladder.
In a lot of these cases the liver and gall bladder showed no indication of any clogging or stones, neither was it reflected in ultrasound. When the gall bladder was scanned or X-rayed, no stone was detected. Still the stones were visible when the cleanse was attempted by healthy individuals without any symptoms. All of them reported better stomach health and energy levels after the cleanse. Liver has a tendency to throw out calcium.  It is believed that the stones in the liver are not calcified hence the stones do not appear in X-ray or ultrasound whereas the gallstones that are calcified are visible.

Stones in the Liver! Is it real?

Yes. In medical terms, liver stones are called “Hepatolithiasis” or “Intrahepatic stones.” You may google and verify. There are enough research papers published on the subject.

Why Should You Avoid Gallbladder Surgery?

One of the main functions of gall bladder is to store and make the bile concentrated. Without the concentrated bile one is unable to digest essential fatty acids, including omega-3 and omega-6 fats. It also means you will have a hard time absorbing fat soluble vitamins, such as vitamins A , D, E, K, Omega 6 and Omega 3. The removal of the gallbladder does not substantially increase bile flow, because the stones that are stuck in the liver bile ducts continue to hold up the flow of bile.

Gallbladder surgery is a procedure that can be avoided. Indeed, in “the good old days” they used to cut the bladder open, remove the “stones” and then sew it back up, thereby saving the organ. There are other non surgical safer methods available but never used. Many people have been able to avoid gallbladder surgery by doing a series of liver cleanses.

Since the problem originates in the liver, treating the liver should be your top priority. If you experience stomach pain and the doctor tells you it’s due to gallstones, you need to understand the following:

You may have stones in your gallbladder, but not every stomach pain is necessarily caused by them. It may be due to other reasons.

In such cases, surgery may either leave your problem unchanged or worsen it. Strengthen your digestive system first.
Surgery is not appropriate in this situation. If your doctor, family member, or well-wisher pressure you into surgery, investigate thoroughly before deciding, as it’s your body. Consult people who have had their gallbladder removed and ask if their digestion has weakened or improved and whether their problem was fully resolved. The Almighty didn’t place this organ in our body without reason.

When you get your gallbladder removed, your liver is directly connected to the small intestine via a tube. The bile produced by the liver drips continuously 24 x 7, whether you need it or not. Since it’s not concentrated and its quantity is also less, it cannot fully digest fatty foods, leading to various health issues like acidity, indigestion, gas, bloating, joint pain, etc.

Keep in mind that these same problems can also occur due to stones when bile flow is obstructed due to a gallbladder with stones, and sufficient bile isn’t available. By consistently doing a liver cleanse, you can remove blockages in your liver and gallbladder, and save a precious organ from surgery.

If sudden stone-related pain occurs, dissolve one tablespoon of Epsom salt in a glass of water and drink it. This will relax your bile ducts and provide relief. But before drinking, ensure it’s indeed stone-related pain, as pain can have many causes. Gallbladder stone pain is always on the right side, below the ribs. If a stone moves into the common bile duct (CBD), the pain may shift slightly to the left. Additionally, applying a castor oil pack to your liver and gallbladder area can relieve pain. You can watch YouTube videos to learn how to apply a castor oil pack. People have also reported relief by pressing on gall bladder meridian points or doing vagus nerve excercises.

The Doctor Says There Are Stones in the Gallbladder and Surgery is the Only Option!

If the body forms stones, lumps, cysts etc, it also has the ability to dissolve them, break them down, or expel them. You just need to provide the body with the right environment, and it will do the rest. Following a healthy lifestyle and diet and body detox are the ways in which you can provide your body with that environment. People who cleanse their liver and gallbladder regularly do not need any surgery whatsoever.

The Doctor Says Stones Are in the Gallbladder, Not the Liver!

As we repeatedly say, stones form in the liver. For proof, you’ll need to use Google or Grok for help. Search for “Hepatolithiasis” or “Intrahepatic stones,” and you’ll find all the information. When you get an ultrasound and stones are found in the gallbladder, doctors instantly recommend gallbladder surgery. No doctor suggests tests for hepatolithiasis or an MRCP. These tests are only done for people whose liver condition has severely deteriorated. If we get the right advice in time, many liver-related diseases can be prevented, and the gallbladder can be saved. If you have a gallbladder problem, it’s a major sign that your liver isn’t functioning properly. The sooner you understand this, the better it is for your health.

What if Your Gallbladder Has Been Removed?

It is advisable to do a liver cleanse to clear stones and sludge lodged in the bile ducts in the liver, even if the gallbladder has been surgically removed. The Liver Cleanse will flush out the area and expel gallstones that may have formed post surgery or are lodged in the bile ducts in liver. In order to compensate for reduced bile, bovine bile supplements are recommended for easier digestion in all such cases.

How Much Does Liver and Gallbladder Cleanse Cost?

Cost of the items for a single cleanse is approximately 500 rupees.

Is Liver Cleansing a Cure for Every Disease?

Most diseases are caused by poor diet and lifestyle. Liver cleansing helps eliminate stone-related issues and cleanses the liver. As a result, your blood becomes cleaner, and the liver’s efficiency increases manifold. There is a dramatic improvement in stomach health.

Liver cleansing is not a cure for every disease. If you do not change your diet and lifestyle, optimum health is impossible to achieve.

If you want to get rid of other diseases besides gallstones, we recommend consulting a good Ayurvedic doctor or Naturopath near you, while continuing with the liver cleansing. Allopathy doesn’t cure diseases. It only provides treatment, and you end up taking medicines for life.

This process is not conducted at our clinic. You can easily find the required materials at a departmental store, chemist, or on Amazon. We’re providing you a detailed description of the items used during the cleanse to help you choose the right item. The information is self explanatory.

The materials used in the cleansing are easily available. We cannot send parcels or couriers. You’ll need to put in some effort. We’re providing complete information on identifying the materials below.

Information About Magnesium Salt

This salt is known as Epsom salt, magnesium sulfate, or MgSO4. It is NOT rock salt or table salt or sendha namak. It’s entirely different. Consuming it does not raise blood pressure, instead, it relaxes the body and may slightly lower BP, but this is not a cause for concern. People with low BP can also consume it.

If you take medication for high BP, you must avoid taking your BP medicines while doing the process. If your BP is low but you don’t experience issues like dizziness or anxiety, you can take Epsom salt without hesitation. If BP drops during the process and you feel dizzy, drink a glass of juice like orange or sweet lime.

A note about BP : Not everyone’s BP has to be  compulsorily 120/80. For some, a normal BP might be around 150/90 or 100/60 or even lower. In my practice I find people with these so called abnormal levels. These readings have been there as long as these individuals remember without any symptoms or health issues. However, BP with related symptoms may be a cause for concern.

Where to Get Epsom Salt?

It’s a white, granular salt with a slightly bitter taste. You can find it at a pharmacy/chemist or online on Amazon. Any brand is fine, as long as the packet says “magnesium sulfate,” /  “Epsom salt,” / “MgSO4.” It doesn’t matter if the packaging label says that its for plants, animals, internal/external use, laxative, or something else. It’s a laxative that relaxes and helps to loosen up, often used to relieve constipation. Just ensure it has no added color or fragrance. As long as it is Epsom salt without any added colour or flavour it is fine.

Information About Olive Oil

Use cold-pressed or cold-extracted extra virgin olive oil only. It’s also called “Jaitoon ka tel” in Hindi. Do not use any other oil for this process.

Where to Buy Olive Oil?

You can find it at large supermarkets or departmental stores that  sell food items. It’s also easily available online on Amazon / blinkit / big bazaar etc. Avoid adulterated oil. Repacked or old adulterated oil can cause throat irritation, coughing, acidity, or stomach burning. Be cautious and don’t buy expired or poor-quality oil. Brands like Borges, Bertolli, Figaro, or Del Monte are fine, but ensure they meet the criteria mentioned. Other brands are okay too, as long as the bottle says “cold-pressed” or “cold-extracted extra virgin olive oil.” “Mechanically extracted” is also acceptable. Do not use oil labeled “repackaged” or “pomace oil".

THE LIVER AND GALLBLADDER FLUSH

Benefits of the flush:

  • Easily clears gravel, sludge, stones and sand from the gallbladder, liver and adjoining ducts and vessels, improving overall health and well-being.

Cleansing Frequency

A series of cleanses every 15 - 20 days or every month, till no stones are expelled in the last cleanse. Thereafter as maintenance: once every 6 months

Contraindications
People with advanced liver disease, kidney disease and advanced stages of other diseases must not attempt a cleanse. Additionaly if you have a stent in the gall bladder, are on chemotherapy, if you are extremely weak and have a history of fainting due to low BP, bedridden, unable to walk to toilet frequently (due to any medical condition), you must not do the cleanse. For all other serious conditions it can be done under supervision. It is suggested that every liver cleanse must be preceded by a kidney cleanse for best results. An enema is recommended before and after the cleanse.

THE PROTOCOL
Method to Remove Stones and Waste from the Liver and Gallbladder
DAY  1

Breakfast
Anytime in the morning - Consume resh Fruits and Fresh Juice Only ( Any). No tea, parantha or anything else. Avoid packaged juice. No restriction on water intake throughout the process. You can drink as much water as you want throughout the day.

Lunch - 1pm ( Do not delay)
Option 1; Boiled Basmati Rice with your own choice of Boiled Vegetables without any oil or spices (Boiled). ( can use salt)
Or
Option 2; Vegetable Soup without any oil or spices. Not a drop of oil to be consumed. (Can use salt)

Dose 1 - 6pm
Dissolve 1 tablespoon (Approximately 20 grams) of Epsom salt (magnesium sulfate) in a glass of water (200 ml) and drink it.

Dose 2 - 8pm
Dissolve 1 tablespoon (about 20 grams) of Epsom salt in a glass of water (200 ml) and drink it. Sometime after this, you’ll experience diarrhea and may need to visit the toilet 2 - 4 times. This will fully clean your stomach. If you’re constipated or your stomach doesn’t clear within 1-1.5 hours of the second dose, take another dose of Epsom salt. Once you’re sure you no longer have the urge to visit the toilet, proceed to take the olive oil dose.

IMP NOTE:  The Epsom salt being a laxative will induce loose motions anytime after the first or second dose. You may have to visit the loo a couple of times, which is normal. You will pass stool once or twice or maybe more times. Once the urge to use the washroom stops, you may proceed to the next step.

If after consuming the first dose of Epsom salt itself, you experience 4-5 loose motions or the frequency is more, it is suggested that you reduce the 2nd dose of epsom salt to 15 or 10 grams.

On the other hand, even after consuming the second dose you do not experience nor feel the urge to pass stool ( even after 1.30 hrs of consuming the second dose of Epsom salt), it is recommended that you take another dose of Epsom salt and delay taking dose 3 accordingly.

Each individual is different and the epsom salt reacts differently in different individuals probably due to their own magnesium reserves/ deficiency.

Can You Adjust the Epsom Salt Quantity?
The standard dose is 20 grams, suitable for everyone. Children aged 10-16 with a weight below 40 kg can take 10-15 grams. Everyone else can use 20 grams or more during the cleanse. If diarrhea doesn’t start after the second dose, you may take another dose—no harm.

Dose 3 - 10PM  - Drink and Immediately Lie Down!
In a shaker or any bottle, mix 175 ml of extra virgin cold-pressed olive oil with 175 ml of any citrus fruit juice (orange, sweet lime, pineapple, Malta, or grapefruit). Shake well, drink it in one go, and lie down immediately! Avoid getting up after this.

(Citrus fruit juice can be Grapefruit / Orange / Mausami / Malta/ pineapple. No other juice is recommended).
Note : Use 2 pillows to keep your head slightly elevated. Lie on your right side and try to sleep. If you can’t lie on your right side, lie on your back but avoid sleeping on your left side.

DAY  2
Dose 4 - 6 AM

Drink 1 tablespoon (about 20 grams) of Epsom salt dissolved in a glass of water (200 ml), and lie down again. Lie on your right side and try to rest / sleep. You may get up to go to the washroom if required.

Dose 5 – 8 AM
Mix 75 ml of extra virgin cold-pressed olive oil with 75 ml of citrus fruit juice in a shaker or bottle, shake well, and drink it. Lie on your right side and try to rest. Try not to get up for atleast one hour.  You may however visit the bathroom if required.

Dose 6 – 10 AM
Dissolve 1 tablespoon (about 20 grams) of Epsom salt in a glass of water (200 ml) and drink it.

Results :  Anytime in the morning, you may start passing  green coloured bile stones from the gallbladder and the liver along with a lot of green liquid/ sludge in your stool that has travelled from the liver and gallbladder. It may be jelly like stuff, moss, coarse grains like sand or lentils, pea size stones or bigger, even measuring more than an inch. These could be dark/light/ bright green/brownish, whitish or black in colour. You will be going to the loo several times in the morning. Due to loose motions, you may feel temporarily weak or dehydrated. This is normal.

At 11 AM, You may drink a glass of juice followed by fruits. Drink 2-3 coconut water during the day. If you feel weak, you can also drink Electral. For lunch, eat khichadi and stick to light food for 1-2 days (fruits, lentils, vegetables, rice, chapati, porridge, khichdi, millets etc). To give your liver a rest, eat light food for at least one day. After that, the diet that you follow should ideally be the one that prevents stones from forming again.

Remember, over our lifetime we have collected over a kilo of unwanted stuff in our liver due to wrong eating habits. Although the deposits from the gall bladder will get expelled in the first cleanse itself ( as you will physically see this) part of the stuff lodged in the liver may travel to the gall bladder and settle there once again. Hence this process is to be repeated frequently.

You can repeat this process after a gap of 15-20 days ( depending on the severity) or do it monthly until your liver is clean.

LIVER AND GALL BLADDER CLEANSE QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS!

Can You Do This Cleanse at Home?

Everyone does it at home. It’s very simple. Even children above 10 years can do it with half the dose. There’s no pain during the process or while stones pass, and stones will not get stuck during the process. Do it at home with confidence. Magnesium relaxes the mouth/neck of the gallbladder as well as the ducts and the oil lubricates them, so stones slip out effortlessly, without you even feeling anything. It’s that easy. Pain during the process or stones getting stuck during this process is impossible.

How to prepare for the cleanse - The Day Before Liver Cleanse
Eat light food like fruits, fruit juice, salad, and khichadi, Rice-dal. Avoid or minimise oil. The lighter your food, the better the results. Fasting is even better.

On the Day of Liver Cleanse
For breakfast, have any fruit or fruit juice. For lunch, take boiled basmati rice with boiled vegetables or vegetable soup without oil (salt is fine). No spices. Drink water as per thirst. Don’t eat anything else—no oil at all. After lunch, don’t eat anything until the next day—no tea, food, or even fruits. Only water is allowed. Drink as much water as you like during the cleanse, there is no restriction.
Start at 6 PM as instructed. You may also choose the option of preponing the entire process by taking the doses at 5, 7 and 9 pm and morning dose accordingly. Drink water whenever thirsty. If epsom salt tastes too bitter, you can drink 2-3 Tablespoons of citrus juice immediately afterwards or chew a slice of orange to kill the bitter aftertaste. If you are unable to drink epsom salt and it results in vomiting every time,  you may prepare epsom salt in citrus juice instead of water and drink it. Use any container (plastic, steel, or glass) to mix Epsom salt with water.

If diarrhea doesn’t start within 1.5 hours of taking the second does of Epsom salt, you may take another dose of Epsom salt. If it still doesn’t work, proceed to the next step and drink the olive oil and juice and continue the process. Don’t worry about vomiting, diarrhea, or weakness—just complete what you started. Results will come. If you vomit, still take the remaining doses and finish the process. At night, after ensuring you don’t need to visit the toilet, drink the juice and oil and lie down. Don’t get up for at least 2 hours unless absolutely necessary (e.g. vomiting or diarrhea). Next day follow as suggested above.

After Completing the Cleanse
One hour later, have fruits or juice for breakfast. Eat khichadi for lunch. Drink 2/3 coconut water by evening. If coconut water isn’t available, any fresh juice or water is fine. If you lose too much water or have excessive diarrhea, drink Electral. For the next 24 hours, eat only light, low-oil or oil-free food. Don’t rush into cooked food, as it may cause diarrhea or constipation. Eat very light and drink water. Give your stomach time to heal. If you face any issues, avoid cooked food for 1-2 days and stick to plain water, coconut water, or juice. Khichadi is okay. This is also necessary because the liver’s bile gets fully depleted during the process and takes 1-2 days to replenish.

Immediately after the cleanse, you may feel weak due to dehydration. Drink coconut water or Electral. You can also mix honey with apple cider vinegar and drink for instant energy.

Diarrhea will stop on its own—DO NOT TAKE ANY MEDICINE. If you eat heavy food too soon, diarrhea may take longer to stop. These are not illness-related stools. Induced diarrhea is essential to expel the body’s waste and is part of the cleansing process.

Repeat this process every 15-20 days till the liver is clean. During this time, improve your diet to support your liver. Avoid non-veg, fried food, milk and dairy, outside food, and packaged items. Eat simple homemade vegetarian food. Ghee and butter are fine.

As the gallbladder empties, waste from the liver refills it because of the huge amount of stuff lying in the liver. Fully emptying the liver may require 10-15 cleanses.

Since the liver is full of stones, more stones and waste shift into the gallbladder after each cleanse, as space is created. If you get an ultrasound done, stones may still show up. You need to keep repeating the cleanse until the liver is clear. Whether you get an ultrasound done afterwards or not it doesn’t matter—Your energy levels, digestive health and the associated symptoms are a true reflection of your health.

If you have been advised gallbladder surgery, be aware that the problem is with the liver, so don’t punish the gallbladder. Even after gallbladder surgery, liver issues will persist.

After this process, stone size may change. This will continue until the liver is clean. Each cleanse removes stones from the gallbladder (you’ll see them), but waste from the liver keeps travelling to the gall bladder. Whatever accumulates will show up in gallbladder ultrasound. Once the liver is fully clean, the gallbladder will clear up too. You need to treat the liver, not the gallbladder. Clearing decades of waste takes time.

According to medical science, removing anything from the liver or gallbladder naturally is impossible. If you manage to expel even a grain of rice, moss, or green sludge, it’s nothing short of a miracle. With each cleanse, your health will improve, digestion will strengthen, your body will feel energized, and you’ll feel good. That’s the real test.

Can Dehydration, Diarrhea, or Vomiting Occur During The Cleanse?

Diarrhea after cleansing can dehydrate you—it’s unavoidable and is required for this process. Vomiting may happen, but don’t panic. Finish what you started—benefits will come. Diarrhea stops on its own; no medicine is needed. It is generally observed that the more loose motions you experience, the better will be the results.

If You Vomit During the Process After Drinking Epsom Salt or Olive Oil!

Next time, do an enema (large intestine cleansing) at home in the morning before starting the process. If you’re constipated, do an enema beforehand too.

What to Do if You Feel Dizzy or Anxious During the Process?

As mentioned, magnesium relaxes the body, and BP may drop briefly. Some may feel temporary sluggishness. Drink juice or coconut water for instant relief.

After Starting the Process Can You Stop Doing it Midway

If you have consumed the third dose of olive oil and juic

When Will the Loose Motions Stop?

Loose motions are not because of any infection. They will stop on their own. No medicine is required. If you make the mistake of eating heavy food immediately after the cleanse, loose motions may continue for a few days. They are a necessary part of the protocol and without loose motions, cleansing cannot take place and stones cannot be expelled. Do not interfere in any way with this natural process. you may drink coconut water.

How Often Should One do Liver Cleanse?

Liver cleansing is a 16-hour process. You can repeat it after 15-20 days or even after a gap of 10 days if desired. You may do it repeatedly every month until the liver is fully clean. The liver is a filter that gets clogged due to poor diet and lifestyle. Clearing years of waste accumulated since childhood takes time—be patient. You may need to do this 15-20 times to fully clean the liver, but your health will start improving after the first cleanse itself. Prioritize healing your body, rather than improving test reports. The entire world is desperately trying to improve figures in the test reports, taking medicines to “fix” them while health deteriorates, requiring more drugs. What kind of treatment is this?

Will All Gallbladder Stones Be Removed in One Liver Cleanse?

When you do a liver cleanse, gallbladder stones split into pieces or come out as one piece in the first attempt. You’ll see moss-like material, sand-like grains, pea-sized or larger stones, light or dark green, brown, or black stones, and green sludge in your stool. Some people use a strainer to collect it. If you don’t believe your eyes (recall the saying “seeing is believing”), you can get it tested in a lab.

Our small and large intestines are about 30 feet long. Sometimes stones may take 2-3 days to fully cover the entire intestinal tract in some people after they are expelled from the gallbladder. If you get an ultrasound during this cleansing process, stones might still show up. Stones that are in the process of being expelled may appear raising an alarm.
As explained in the video, the problem is with the liver, not the gallbladder. Once the gallbladder empties, the liver’s accumulated waste (sometimes over a kilo) shifts into the gallbladder alongwith bile. This continues until the liver is fully clean.

Are Gallbladder Stones Hard Like Roadside Rocks?

Not at all. These stones are made of cholesterol, fat, bile, bacteria, parasites, mold, drug particles, mucus, etc. They’re soft like kneaded dough and flatten when pressed. Sometimes, sand-like particles clump together to form stones. They will either come out as it is (one piece) or break into smaller pieces and get expelled.

Can There Be Any Pain During This Process?

There will absolutely be NO pain during cleansing as the magnesium will dilate the ducts and olive oil will lubricate them. The stones will just glide through the digestive tract and you will not feel any pain.  If by mistake you have used adulterated or rancid oil, you may feel some discomfort, vomiting, throat irritation or cough after the cleanse. Buy only pure cold pressed extra virgin olive oil from a reliable company.

Adulterated oil is a big issue—try and avoid it. Make sure it meets the quality checks as descibed above. Also, if you rush into eating oily or heavy food like milk, paneer, kadhi, black lentils, rajma, pakoras, or market food, pain is possible.
If you carefully read the information and follow the instructions, the question of any pain during the process or stone getting stuck does not arise.

During this process, the entire bile of the Liver is used up, and it may take upto two days to replenish. Bile digests heavy/oily food. Due to the length of the intestines, some stones may take 2-3 days to travel and reach the rectum. If you start eating heavy food too soon, the body stops expelling stones and focuses on digestion. Heavy food can cause pain, and if ultrasound is done during this period, the travelling stones may reflect in the bile duct or intestines. Since you have shifted the body’s focus to digestion, these stones may cause blockages or even jaundice-like symptoms.

That’s why we repeatedly empasise to eat light food like fruits, juice, or khichadi for 1-2 days after the process. If you have made an error and you experience pain or jaundice-like symptoms ( after the cleanse), stop cooked food immediately. Drink radish juice, whey water, bael sherbet, sugarcane juice, etc for a few days. Symptoms will subside, Pain will cease, and jaundice will resolve—just avoid cooked food for a few days and follow a liquid diet. An enema will also help.

Can Stomach Pain Occur Immediately After Completing the Liver Cleanse?

Some people may experience pain, gas, or acidity immediately after liver cleanse due to:

  • Using repackaged or refined / expired / adulterated/ pomace  olive oil.

  • Carelessness in diet right after the cleanse—tea, coffee, heavy foods ( Rajmah, kali dal, kadhi), fried items, spiced food, market food, non-veg, dairy, milk products etc.

  • Pre-existing stomach issues unrelated to stones (e.g., bloating, IBS, ulcers, hernia).

  • Constipation or no diarrhea on the cleanse day (due to insufficient intake of magnesium salt).

Can Liver Cleansing Cause Piles? Can Piles Patients Do The Cleanse?

The waste expelled during liver cleansing is acidic in nature. People with anal irritation/ swelling/ inflammation or pain may feel discomfort or burning. Applying aloe vera or castor oil to the anus will give relief. Such people should eat very light food for 2 days after the cleanse. A liquid diet will be highly beneficial. Note that liver cleansing can also help relieve piles if you improve your diet.

Can Large Stones Be Removed Through Liver Cleansing? What if the Stones Get Stuck During Cleansing?

During this process stone of any size whether 10 mm, 20, 30 or 50 mm, single or multiple stones, will be expelled either as one piece or splitting into smaller pieces. Magnesium relaxes the ducts, and olive oil lubricates them, making it impossible for stones to get stuck. For effective cleansing, follow the instructions.

Will Drinking Olive Oil Raise Cholesterol levels or Cause Other Issues?

The entire oil that you drink is expelled by the body during the cleansing process hence it does not raise cholestrol levels and is absolutely safe for even heart patients. Infact liver cleanse protects the heart as it cleans the blood and regulates cholesterol.

The oil is required to trigger the liver release the bile so that the stones can be expelled. When you attend a wedding and eat food made with cheap, rancid, refined oil, you consume over 300 ml of this oil without even pausing to think for a moment about the ill effects of this poor quality toxic oil. In contrast, olive oil is highly beneficial.
How Will You Know That the Liver Is Clean?

When two consecutive cleanses yield no waste/ sludge in the stool, the liver is considered to be reasonably clean. If you are connected with your body, you will experience the difference in your energy levels and your overall health.
When to Get The Ultrasound Done?

DO NOT GET THE ULTRASOUND DONE BEFORE THE LIVER IS FULLY CLEAN. This may require a series of cleanses. After you do the cleanse, the stones from gall bladder are expelled but stones from the liver will again slide into the gall bladder and will be visible in ultrasound.  With each cleanse you will witness better health, improved digestion, more energy and an overall sense of well being. This is the true test of your body.

Will Drinking Juice and Olive Oil Cause / Increase Acidity?

Acidity is mainly caused by poor diet and medications. Consult a good Naturopath or an Ayurvedic doctor for acidity treatment. As far as liver cleansing is concerned, the process is not possible without drinking juice and olive oil. Liver cleanse may eventually give you relief from acidity. If you are scared of drinking juice and oil due to acidity, treat acidity first.

Some People Commented That They Had Pain After Liver Cleansing and Had to Consult a Doctor!

We repeatedly emphasise the need to eat light food for 1-2 days after cleanse to enable liver to function optimally once again. With the liver’s bile fully depleted, you may not digest heavy food. That’s why we advise eating khichadi, fruits, etc (light food) for a couple of days.

Can People Who have Had Gallbladder Surgery Do This Process?

Yes. As we keep stressing, the problem is with the liver, not the gallbladder. People who have had their gallbladder removed are shocked to see the waste and stones expelled from their liver during the cleanse. We have received numerous messages stating that they got gallbladder surgery done years ago on doctor’s advice, but now stones have been found in their liver. They also say they can’t digest heavy food and have joint pain due to deficiency of vitamins A, D, E, K, and omega-3, 6 (from their inability to digest fat/ ghee/oil post-surgery).

If You have Been Told Your Gallbladder Has Shrunk, Collapsed, Adhered, Infected, or a Stone Is Stuck in Its Neck?

You can confidently do a liver cleanse to relieve any of these issues. It will be highly beneficial.
Liver Swelling, Fatty Liver, Sludge in Liver or Gallbladder, Hardened Liver, Liver Lumps, Cysts, Polyps, Enlarged Liver
Liver cleansing offers miraculous benefits for all these conditions. However, changing your diet is essential, or the problem will persist.

Important Information About BP

It is generally believed that everyone’s BP (from a 10-year-old to a 90-year-old) should be 120/80, or you need medication. This standard is flawed. If you have no physical issues like dizziness, heaviness, headache, fatigue, or anxiety, what you consider low or high BP might be normal for your body (e.g., 150/90 or 90/60). If you manage daily tasks and eat normal food, you can do this easily. If you’re truly a LOW BP patient, take slightly less Epsom salt (15 grams), though benefits will be reduced. If BP drops during the process, drink juice for instant relief. High BP patients should skip their BP pill on the cleanse day, as Epsom salt relaxes the body and lowers BP ( just like medicine). Taking BP medicine during the cleanse may lead to severly low BP which is not advisable.

Can Bypass heart Surgery be Avoided? Can People with Stents "IN THE HEART" Do The Cleanse?

Heart is a pump which pumps blood received from the Liver. Heart patients benefit greatly from liver cleansing. It purifies and thins the blood, reduces inflammation, regulates cholesterol levels and has the potential to prevent surgical intervention. Those with heart stents can also do it. Heart patients should ensure they have a reasonably good heart function (ejection fraction), with no swelling or water retention in the legs/lungs, and they are physically active and healthy.

Who Should Not Do a Liver Cleanse?

  • If you have STENT IN THE GALLBLADDER

  • You are undergoing chemotherapy

  • Suffering from jaundice

  • Unable to walk, extremely weak or bedridden

  • Extremely low BP which causes dizziness/fainting,

  • Suffering from some life threatening disease,

  • Very weak and fragile

IN ALL THE ABOVE CASES YOU SHOULD NOT DO THIS CLEANSE.

The Following People with Compromised Liver Should Not Do Liver Cleansing on their own:

  • Those battling a severe liver condition for a long time, causing extreme weakness and inability to eat/digest normal food.

  • Liver transplant patients.

  • Those with jaundice whose sgot and sgpt is high.

  • People with water accumulation in the abdomen, lungs.

  • Those with non-functional kidneys.

  • Heart patients with heart function below 40%.

  • Anyone with a serious illness or surgery requiring constant medication, leaving them physically incapable.
If you’re still eager to do the cleanse despite these conditions, do it under expert supervision. Contact Dr. Piyush Saxena’s team, who organize camps. Their team members’ names and numbers are provided above.

Can People with BP, Thyroid, Diabetes, Asthma, Acidity, Constipation, Arthritis, Heart Issues, High Cholesterol, Kidney Stones, Cervical Issues, Cysts, Fibroids, Psoriasis, Dandruff, Allergies, etc Do the process?

Except for the following individuals, anyone who is physically capable of doing this process and is eating normal food would benefit greatly by doing the cleanse:

  • People with a STENT in their gallbladder.

  • Chemotherapy patients, or those with liver cancer, liver tumors, liver transplants, or jaundice.

  • Extremely weak or bedridden individuals

  • Those with BP-related dizziness/anxiety on a regular basis.

  • Those who had major surgery in the past few months with unhealed wounds.

  • People with ascites (water accumulation in the body).

  • Those with large stomach ulcers, bloody diarrhea, inability to move, bedridden, or with a terminal illness causing physical collapse.
This process involves diarrhea and multiple toilet visits—it’s not possible without this. If you lack the physical capacity, avoid doing it.

Can Diabetic Patients Drink Juice During the Process? Won’t It Raise Sugar Levels?

In our experience, hundreds of diabetic patients have done this process using juice, Epsom salt, and olive oil without issues and successfully done liver cleansing. It even helped their sugar levels because the liver regulates sugar too. We have no feedback about adverse effects in sugar patients.

Can Small Children Do It?

Children aged 10-16 yrs can do it with half dose of Epsom salt, juice, and oil. We have no experience with children under 10. For very young kids, we suggest avoiding heavy food, non-veg, and junk food to avoid gall bladder pain. They can do a liver cleanse when they are 10 or older. Elders of any age can do it—great benefits await.

Can Pregnant Women Do It?

Pregnant Ladies can do the cleanse till the seventh month of pregnancy. After delivery avoid doing the cleanse for first four months. Otherwise, it’s fine to do the cleanse anytime. Breastfeeding mothers can do it four months after delivery and continue breastfeeding during the cleanse. If you’ve had a C-section, you can still do it on completion of four months if you have recovered fully.

Can Women Do Liver Cleansing During Menstruation?

They should do it only after completion of the monthly cycle.

Can Liver Cirrhosis or Hepatitis B/C Patients Do This Process?

Cirrhosis and Hepatitis B/C patients with just a positive test report, who feel energetic, can do it based on their physical capability. Those who eat normal food, have no jaundice, feel lively, manage daily tasks easily, and don’t feel weak can do it with ease. It will greatly help relieve their condition.

Nowadays, Stones Are Found Even in Children Under One Year of Age!

This is directly linked to the mother’s diet during and after pregnancy.

How to find out if the bright green, dark green, brown , beige colour stones / sludge that you see in the stool is from the liver and gall bladder?

Stool always settles down and sinks in the toilet bowl. The stones that come out will float because of the fat/cholesterol content in them. Use a strainer to collect the stones and get them lab-tested if you want to dispel doubts.

Should healthy people who do not have gallstones or do not have fatty liver do the cleanse?

YES. Each and every person must do the cleanse to clean the liver as the liver is a filter which gets clogged by eating cooked, fried, processed, packaged and animal protein foods. Even if you do not have stones, it is a healthy practice to cleanse your liver to keep your blood clean and prevent illness. We clean/change our car’s filters every 3-6 months.  Similarly, we should clean our filters (kidneys and liver) frequently. When people whose test report is normal and they do the cleanse, they are surprised to see the amount of stuff being expelled.

Does This Process Remove Kidney Stones Too?

No.

Important Things You Must Know
“Doctor, I’m Scared to Drink So Much Epsom Salt and Olive Oil”
The following three ingredients are used during the cleanse:
Juice – You will hardly find anyone who hasn’t had juice. Rarely does anyone have an issue with it.

Olive Oil – Olive oil is a rich source of vitamin E. Used raw for centuries abroad, Europeans drizzle it on salads. It’s consumed raw (unheated) for its benefits. It must be extra virgin cold-pressed. There are many myths about olive oil. At weddings or parties, we eat dishes made with refined/rancid, oil consuming upto 300 ml of cheap oil, without giving a second thought. Yet, we fear olive oil, which is so beneficial and acts like medicine in this process. Do not use refined or pomace oil.

Epsom Salt/Magnesium Sulfate – A natural salt found in seawater and dried lake beds, it contains magnesium, naturally present in our body. Its deficiency causes pain and stiffness. Used since ancient times (1600 AD) for healing, it relieves pain and swelling. Queens and royals bathed with it for a flexible, toned body. Today, it’s used worldwide as a constipation remedy. It has no harm, but excess causes diarrhea. Its properties—relaxing the body and widening ducts—make it essential for liver cleansing. Without it, expelling stones and waste is impossible.

This process is very easy and can be done at home, costing about 500 rupees.
We request you to watch all videos carefully. If unclear, watch again—multiple times. Everything that has been shared has all the answers.

After this process, stone size may shrink or grow. Gallbladder stone will be expelled—and you’ll see them in the toilet bowl. Once the liver is clean, the gallbladder will be clear too. This may take 10-15 cleanses. Clearing 20, 30, or 40 years of waste requires time.

Our job is to inform you. It’s your responsibility to proceed only if you are fully satisfied. If you have any doubt, fear, or suspicion, don’t do not attempt the cleanse. Your health is your responsibility, not anyone else’s. If you think gallbladder surgery is a better option, that’s your decision and you have every right to choose that option.

This is a one-day process. Some individuals ask about using juices like mango, watermelon, pomegranate, or papaya, or oils like ghee, coconut, mustard, or sesame. Don’t waste your time or our’s  with such questions. These questions mainly come from food enthusiasts or those wanting to tweak the process ot experiment. Stick to what’s instructed—thousands have successfully followed this proven formula and benefited.

However, if you’re eager to experiment with other oils or juices, go ahead and do share your results. You might discover something new. We have shared our personal experience with the specified oil and juice in detail.

Follow the instructions exactly as suggested for one day. Skipping medicines for a day won’t harm you. If you feel you can’t skip them, you may take them. However, do not take your high BP medication under any circumstances during the cleanse. Drink water as per thirst during the cleanse.

I REPEAT : Do not take your high BP medication during the cleanse.
All the information we have about stones has been painstakingly compiled and sent to you. Every question is answered here. Yet, some individuals don’t want to read and ask the same questions repeatedly.  If you ask without reading, don’t expect answers from us.

If you’re among those wanting personal consultation for other issues like acidity, gas, constipation, stomach problems, heart disease, diabetes, BP, thyroid, pain, swelling, stiffness, obesity, etc or a telephonic consultation, yoy may book an appointment through my website.
