Pulse Diagnosis
The incredible ability to detect imbalances in the body.
Pulse diagnosis is an ancient science used by Ayurvedic doctors in India, which allows the Ayurvedic practitioner, a window into what’s going on inside the human body. It gives a very deep picture of the body’s processes which usually we don’t have access to. Ayurvedic pulse diagnosis goes much further and provides us with information that we wouldn’t otherwise be able to obtain through various diagnostic tests.
The Ayurvedic physician will use three fingers to take the patient's pulse at three positions on each wrist simultaneously, and will judge the pulse according to 28 variables. He will first use only light pressure against the patient's wrist, then increase it. The light pressure allows the doctor to check one specific organ, the increased pressure another one. Every organ's status can be monitored by the quality of the pulse. The doctor can, among other things feel if the organ lacks energy, or the energy has stagnated, whether there is a lack of ‘blood', or if a pathogenic factor has invaded the organ.
The heart is a highly tuned instrument that reads electromagnetic waves. Different frequencies are read by the heart as emotions, just as visually they are read as colors. When we feel the pulse, we are tapping in directly to all the electromagnetic waves of the body filtered through the heart. We are hearing the emperor speak.
Pulse diagnosis can detect the early stages, before it blossoms into a disease. For example, we can detect when the liver is toxic and not functioning well, and fix it instead of allowing it to spiral out of control, turning into life crippling diseases, a few years down the road.
Here at “The Neem Tree”, rapid health check-up is done by using an expert system called Veda Pulse. A hardware and software kit is used for performing pulse analysis. The assessment measures your physical and mental imbalances through PULSE. The device measures your heart rhythms to show organ health, tissue health, parasympathetic and sympathetic balance, systems in the body including nervous, cardiovascular and bioenergy (meridians, chakras and energy field). The body-mind connection is the link between a person’s thoughts, attitudes, behaviours and their physical health. The causes, development and outcomes of a physical illness are determined from the interaction of a combination of psychological, social, environmental and biological factors. After analysing functional status, personalized recommendations are made for rehabilitation therapies. The technology allows measuring the stress level and forms individual health recommendations including diet, herbal therapy, lifestyle correction, based on classic approaches adopted in holistic medicine.
How does this work?
Electrical and mechanical occurrences happening in the heart are recorded through the device. Analysis of the heart rate is done using mathematical methods. It allows estimating functions of particular organs and systems, as well as the patient’s health status in general. It takes just 10 minutes to complete the diagnosis.
Which principles are used to analyze the heart rhythm?
Heart Rate Variability (HRV) analysis method is used to analyse heart rhythm. It is recommended by European Society of Cardiology and North American Society of Pacing and Electrophysiology (1996). The monitoring of physiological data through pulse analysis takes practitioners onto a level of diagnosis that only masters of Chinese, Tibetan and Ayurveda medicine could achieve.
